Terms of sale

The BotFoundry service is published and sold by Roberto Mas Marquez, self-employed professional (autónomo), NIF 61868284D, located at C/ Poeta Muñoz Rojas 5, 29006 Málaga, Spain. BotFoundry is a trade name of Roberto Mas Marquez. Contact: info@botfoundry.app.

BotFoundry offers several plans:

• Free, to try the service;
• Pro, from $29/month;
• Agency, from $249/month.

The prices in force are those shown in the app at the time of the order, plus any applicable taxes. We may change our prices; any change applies to the next subscription period.

Payment is made online by card through our provider Stripe. BotFoundry does not store any card number: payment data is processed directly by Stripe under its own security standards.

Paid subscriptions are taken out for a period (monthly or annual) and renew automaticallyat the end of the term, unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and no pro-rata refund is due for the period already started.

BotFoundry is a digital service whose performance begins immediately after the order. By placing your order, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished once that performance begins, in accordance with the rules applicable to digital content and services.

An invoice or receipt is issued for each payment and made available to you. For any billing question, email info@botfoundry.app.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. As a consumer, you may bring the matter before the courts of your place of residence; failing that, the courts of Málaga (Spain) shall have jurisdiction.
