Refund policy

If BotFoundry is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan, monthly or annual, no questions asked.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then, and no pro-rata refund is due for the period already started.

Renewal payments are non-refundable, except in the case of a billing error. If you forgot to cancel before an annual renewal, contact us quickly: we review every request.

Email info@botfoundry.app with the email address of your account, or reply to the receipt email for your payment. The refund goes back to the original payment method; depending on your bank, it appears within 5 to 10 business days.

This policy does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
