Privacy policy

Customer account: your email and the information for your account and your bots.

Knowledge base content: the text you provide or that we import from your website address, to train your bot.

Conversations & leads: the messages exchanged with your bot and the contact details (name, email, phone) that your visitors choose to leave. These leads belong to you, we process them on your behalf.

Data is securely hosted with our technical sub-processors:

• hosting and database;
• content processing and indexing (AI);
• generation of the bot's replies (AI);
• payment processing (we never store any card number);
• sending transactional emails.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We only transmit what is strictly necessary to run the service.

The leads and conversations of a bot are only visible to the account owner who created that bot. The BotFoundry team only accesses them for technical support or a legal obligation. We never sell or rent personal data.

No. Conversations and leads are not used to train our models or those of third parties. They are used solely to run your bot and feed your mini-CRM.

We keep data for as long as your account is active. You can delete a document, a lead or a bot at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and all of your data, email us at info@botfoundry.app, we process the request within 30 days.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LSSI-CE, you can request access, rectification, portability, restriction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent. Email info@botfoundry.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es). As a bot owner, you are responsible for the contact details you collect from your own visitors.
