BotFoundry is a trade name and a product of Roberto Mas Marquez.

The service is hosted on cloud infrastructure operated by technical sub-processors, with communications encrypted over HTTPS. Data is stored with our providers (Supabase for the database and authentication, among others), as detailed in our privacy policy.

This legal notice governs access to and use of the BotFoundry website and service, a platform for building and running conversational agents (chatbots). Using the service implies full acceptance of this notice.

All elements of the service (code, interface, logo, text, graphics, the BotFoundry brand) are owned by Roberto Mas Marquez or used under licence, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited. Content that a customer imports or publishes into their bot remains their property.

The service is provided "as is." Roberto Mas Marquez takes reasonable measures to keep it running properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. The customer is responsible for the content they distribute through their bot and for the contact details they collect from their own visitors. No liability is accepted for improper use of the service.

This notice is governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer, the consumer may bring the matter before the courts of their place of residence; failing that, the courts of Málaga (Spain) shall have jurisdiction.
